Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time.
Classes will begin at the scheduled time.
Attendees and members who are late to class will be asked to wait until the start of the next class period.
If you have any conflicts, please talk to our coaching staff.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Check out these descriptions of each class we offer.
CrossFit - open to all ages and levels. Learn from our certified coaches how to move, lift, and exceed expectations during our in-depth technique training, weightlifting, gymnastics, and daily CrossFit workout (known as WOD). It's different every time, so you'll never get bored.
OPEN GYM - need some extra practice time to get those double unders, or maybe add in some more strength sessions? This is your time to own it. The facility will be open for use to members and paying visitors only. A CF-L1 will be supervising the gym at this time for your assistance, however, classes will not be in session. At exactly 4PM sharp, CrossFit classes will resume and members can no longer workout on their own.
FREE Community WOD - bring it all together for the weekend as we gather as one community for ONE BIG WOD! Bring your friends, family, or try CrossFit for the first time, no charge! The workout will be suited for all levels, so come have some fun!
