

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Check out these descriptions of each class we offer.
CrossFit - open to all ages and levels. Learn from our certified coaches how to move, lift and exceed expectations during our in-depth technique training, weightlifting, gymnastics and daily CrossFit workout (known as WOD). It's different every time, so you'll never get bored.
Open Gym - need some extra practice time to get those double unders or maybe add in some more strength sessions? This is your time to get after it. The facility will be open for use to members and paying visitors only. A CF-L1 coach will be supervising the gym at this time either coaching, if a class is in session, or ready to assist as needed.
Saturday FREE Community WOD - bring it all together for the weekend as we gather as one community for ONE BIG WOD! Bring your friends, family, or try CrossFit for the first time at no charge! The workout will be suited for all levels, so come have some fun!
