DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?

Yes! We offer a ONE WEEK FREE trial! During that week, it gives you the time to try out different classes to see which time fits your schedule the best. 

I AM VERY OUT OF SHAPE or HAVE A PREVIOUS INJURY, WHAT IF I CAN'T DO EVERYTHING?

Every workout and every movement we do can and will be modified to you and your abilities. All of our coaches are skilled at altering the workouts for every person in class. We have experience with athletes from children to 70+ years old. Athletes with no experience, never been in a gym before and athletes who have been doing CrossFit for years. And everything in between. We will work with your personal abilities! 

DO YOU OFFER CHILDCARE?

Yes we do! Childcare is offered at the 9:30am class and 5:30pm class, Monday-Friday and at the 9:00am Community WOD class on Saturday. Childcare is a $10 charge per month once you start a membership. the Drop-in Childcare charge is $5. 

HOW LONG ARE CLASSES?

Classes are about 60-minutes. Classes include a brief of the workout, a coach-led warm up, demo of the movements. Then the coach leads class into the Workout of the Day, which can be any single component or combination of the following; strength, skill, conditioning.
